Data Deletion Request

What data we hold

When you connect your Instagram account to influ.ai, we store your Instagram profile data (username, name, bio, profile picture, follower count), your posts and their metrics (captions, likes, comments, reach, impressions), and an encrypted access token used to refresh that data.

How to delete your data

You have two options:

1. Self-service: Sign in to app.influ.ai, go to Settings, and click Disconnect Instagram. This immediately removes your Instagram account and all associated data from our platform.
2. Email request: Send an email to requests@influ.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username. We will delete all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Upon deletion we permanently remove your Instagram profile information, all stored posts and metrics, your encrypted access token, and your influ.ai account record. This cannot be undone.
