When you connect your Instagram account, we collect:

• Instagram username, name, and bio
• Profile picture
• Follower count and media count
• Post content: captions, media type, permalink, like count, comment count
• Post insights: reach, impressions (where available)
• An access token to periodically refresh the above data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this data solely to:

• Display analytics dashboards to you and authorised agency staff
• Calculate engagement metrics and growth trends
• Generate campaign performance reports

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active on influ.ai. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us or disconnecting your Instagram account from the platform Settings page. We will delete all associated data within 30 days.

5. Data Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Our servers are hosted in the EU.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Instagram Graph API (Meta) to fetch your account data, and Clerk for authentication. Their respective privacy policies apply.
