By accessing or using influ.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
influ.ai is an Instagram analytics platform that allows influencers and agencies to connect Instagram accounts, view performance metrics, and share verified analytics profiles with brands. The Platform retrieves data through the official Instagram Graph API.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By connecting your Instagram account, you confirm that you have the right to authorise access to that account and that doing so does not violate Instagram's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at requests@influ.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion page.
All content, branding, and software on influ.ai is owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your Instagram content — we only display it within the Platform as authorised by you.
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of data returned by Instagram's API. We are not responsible for decisions made by brands or agencies based on analytics displayed on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, influ.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
